Elink

What is it?

Elink is a great way to create a collection of online resources that are centered around a common topic (very similar to Pinterest).  This collection can then be shared with others as a newsletter or a webpage.

How can this tool be used in the classroom?

As a teacher this is a great collect resources for a variety of reasons - to share with students, for lesson planning, to share with colleges.  Here are two examples that have been created by teachers in our district: (1) Learning Styles, (2) Management, Motivation, and Leadership

This tool can also be used by students to curate resources for a project in class.   Here is a great blog post from Cult of Pedagogy that explains how to use this tool to boost higher-order thinking.

**If you are using Google Chrome, you can get the elink extension that makes creating your elink even easier.
