PBS Learning Media is an amazing resource. This database contains videos, interactive lessons, lesson plans, audio, pictures, and so much more for Science, Social Studies, Math, ELA, Engineering & Technology, Health, P.E., Preschool, The Arts, and World Languages.
You can filter results by subject, grade level or type of resource. If you use Google Classroom, the resources from this database can be shared right to Google Classroom!

Social Studies
Mission US - Interactive missions that help students learn about different events in US history. For example, students play a game assuming the role twins who are growing up on a wheat farm in 1929. They get to experience how the Great Depression affected farmers.
Math
Cyberchase - Videos and online games for grades 3 to 5 where the students use math to solve cases.
Science
Life Cycle of a Seed Plant - Students explore various stages in the life cycle of a seep plant through this interactive activity.
