This past week, I helped out in the K-5 technology classes with Hour of Code.
What is the Hour of Code?
"The 'Hour of Code' is a nationwide initiative by Computer Science Education Week and Code.org to introduce millions of students to one hour of computer science and computer programming. Between December 3-9th, 10% of the students around the world will celebrate Computer Science Education Week by doing an Hour of Code at their school. With interactive, hands-on activities, students will learn computational thinking skills in an approachable way. It's an opportunity for every student to learn how the technology around us works."
